What's included in a £1,200 complete brand and visibility package for small businesses? (Approx. $1,600).

Hi, I’m Bry, founder of Hi This Is Bry. I’m a multi award winning Creative Strategist and Brand Consultant helping people build award worthy brands and make them visible. I write about branding, marketing, visibility and consumer behaviour, breaking down why recognisable brands succeed, why people buy and what you can apply to what you’re building.

Building a business involves considerably more than coming up with a name, designing a logo and setting up an Instagram account. You need to understand who you're trying to attract, what makes your business different, how to communicate the value of what you're selling and what you're actually going to do to get noticed once everything is ready.

I've encountered plenty of businesses that have invested in professional branding without properly considering what happens next. They might have a beautiful visual identity, but they're struggling to attract customers, don't know how to explain what makes them different or have no clear plan for marketing their services.

I've also seen people concentrate so heavily on launching their business that important decisions around their audience, positioning, pricing and long-term direction get left until much later, sometimes resulting in expensive changes to work they've already completed.

That's why I created my £1,200 Complete Brand and Visibility Package, an eight-week programme that brings together brand strategy, a complete visual identity, original illustrations and branded graphics, visibility and authority planning, launch guidance and five agreed marketing assets.

The idea is to help you build something that looks professional, has a clear position within its market and comes with a practical plan for reaching the people you're trying to attract.

What is a complete brand and visibility package?

A complete brand and visibility package combines the strategic and creative work involved in building a business with planning for how that business will be marketed and recognised.

Branding and marketing are closely connected, but they're not quite the same thing. Your brand strategy helps establish what your business stands for, who it's trying to reach, how it should be positioned and what makes it different, while your visual identity translates those ideas into recognisable colours, typography, logos and supporting artwork.

Visibility is about what happens next, including how you introduce the business to potential customers, communicate your expertise, build credibility and develop opportunities for people to discover what you're offering.

I wanted to bring these areas together because there's little point investing in an identity you love if you have no idea how to use it to attract the right audience.

My aim is to give you a strong foundation and a practical direction, rather than handing over some beautiful artwork and leaving you to work out the marketing side entirely by yourself.

Who is the Complete Brand and Visibility Package for?

This package is designed for small businesses and solopreneurs who need substantial support developing their brand, particularly when they're starting a business from scratch or reconsidering an existing business that isn't attracting the customers they want.

You might have an idea you're excited about but need help turning it into something commercially viable, including understanding your audience, positioning, offer and the marketing opportunities worth pursuing.

Alternatively, you might have been trading for a while but feel that your existing business has outgrown its original identity. Perhaps your branding no longer reflects your prices, you're struggling to communicate what makes your services different or your marketing feels disconnected from the business you're trying to build.

It's also suitable for creative founders with several interests, products or services that need bringing together into one recognisable commercial direction. Sometimes the challenge isn't a lack of ideas, but finding a way to connect everything so customers understand the bigger picture.

Because the package includes both the strategic and creative foundations, it's particularly useful when there are several connected areas that need attention rather than one isolated problem.

What's included in my £1,200 Complete Brand and Visibility Package?

The package brings together five main areas of work, each designed to support a different part of developing your business.

1. A complete Brand Discovery Roadmap

We begin with my Brand Discovery Roadmap, which helps us establish the foundations that will guide the branding and marketing work.

I'll ask you to complete a detailed questionnaire about your business, goals, audience, services, pricing and the direction you're considering. We'll then discuss your answers during a consultation, where I can explore your ideas, ask further questions and give you my honest professional perspective.

From there, I'll carry out research into your market and competitors, looking at how similar businesses position themselves, what their audiences might expect and where there could be opportunities to develop something more distinctive.

The completed roadmap brings together that research and our discussions into a detailed plan, covering your audience, positioning, messaging, relevant marketing considerations and the priorities I think deserve attention.

I think this stage is particularly important because it's easy to invest in creative work before you've established what the business actually needs to communicate. Getting those decisions right earlier can help avoid expensive changes later, particularly if you're planning to invest in a website, packaging, signage or other materials.

2. A complete visual brand identity with original illustrations and graphics

Once we've established the strategic direction, I'll begin developing your complete visual identity.

My onboarding process includes questions about your creative preferences, the personality of your business and any visual ideas you're particularly drawn to. I'll balance those preferences with the research we've completed, considering your audience, positioning, pricing and the practical applications your identity needs to support.

I'll create a moodboard to communicate the intended direction before developing the visual identity, giving you an opportunity to understand how the colours, typography, visual references and overall style will work together.

The identity includes a custom logo suite, coordinated colour palette, typography and supporting branded graphics, including original illustrations, icons, patterns or other distinctive elements. These are designed to give your business a recognisable visual world rather than relying on a single logo to communicate everything.

For example, a brand might use custom illustrations to introduce its personality, distinctive patterns to make its packaging more recognisable or branded icons that can appear across its website and marketing materials.

I create my original logos, illustrations and branded graphics myself rather than relying on premade logo templates, stock artwork or AI-generated images. This also allows me to provide a written intellectual property assignment for the rights I own in the original commissioned assets, giving you documentation of the artwork transferred to your business.

Third-party materials, such as commercial fonts, remain subject to their own licences, so those are considered separately when developing the identity.

The finished work includes a visual handover and guidance to help you use your branding consistently as the business grows.

3. A visibility and authority plan

This is one of the things that makes the Complete Brand and Visibility Package different from simply purchasing a new logo or visual identity.

Once we've established what your business stands for and how it should look, we need to consider how people are actually going to discover it and why they should trust what you're offering.

I'll develop a visibility and authority plan informed by your audience, market and goals, looking at appropriate ways to build recognition and communicate your expertise.

That might include developing useful content around subjects you want to become known for, using your founder story more effectively, identifying potential collaboration opportunities or exploring relevant awards and media opportunities.

I can also help you understand how to demonstrate credibility through customer reviews, case studies, original work, professional experience and other evidence that gives people confidence in your business.

If business awards are relevant, we'll consider what kinds of opportunities might be appropriate, how your positioning could inform an application and what evidence you should begin collecting. We can also discuss what to do with awards or press recognition once you've received them, because an achievement can support your credibility across far more than a single announcement on social media.

For businesses interested in podcasts, interviews or editorial features, I can explore suitable opportunities, potential talking points and ways to present their expertise to relevant audiences.

The package provides strategic planning and guidance rather than guaranteed awards, press placements or a done-for-you media outreach service. I want you to understand which opportunities could be worth pursuing and how to approach them, without promising outcomes that depend on other organisations.

4. Launch guidance and an action plan

Having a strategy is useful, but I also want you to understand how to put it into practice without feeling like everything needs to happen at once.

Your launch guidance will consider how to introduce your business or refreshed identity to your audience, which parts of your marketing deserve attention first and how to build recognition around what you're offering.

Depending on the business, that might involve planning your introductory content, deciding what needs to appear on your website, considering how to introduce a new product or collection, or identifying opportunities to begin building an email list and customer relationships.

I'll also consider how your brand can continue developing after the initial launch, particularly when there are future products, services, collaborations or visibility opportunities you want to pursue.

The aim is to give you a sensible order of priorities, distinguishing what should happen now, what can happen next and what might be worth exploring as the business becomes more established.

Rather than leaving you with a strategy full of ideas but no clear starting point, I want you to have practical guidance you can return to when making decisions about the next stage of your business.

5. Five agreed marketing assets of your choice

Alongside the strategy, branding and launch guidance, the package includes five agreed marketing assets, which we'll discuss and confirm before the project begins.

These are separate from the original illustrations and supporting graphics developed as part of your visual identity. The purpose of the marketing assets is to help you start putting the finished brand into practice.

For example, depending on your business, we might discuss social media graphics, carousel templates, business cards, promotional flyers or other agreed materials that would be useful for your launch and ongoing marketing.

I don't automatically provide everybody with the same five things because the needs of a retail business can be quite different from those of a consultant, creative studio or professional services business. We'll look at what you're trying to achieve and agree on the assets that are most appropriate for your immediate priorities.

The marketing suite is confirmed before work begins, and the package doesn't cover extensive materials such as full pitch decks or lengthy documents. More substantial requirements can be discussed separately if you need something beyond the agreed scope.

What does a complete brand strategy look like in practice?

A useful example is my work with Hollie Quinn, an artist and interior designer developing wallpaper, patterns and interior products inspired by storytelling, literature and darker visual worlds.

Hollie had several creative interests that she wanted to bring together commercially, so the challenge involved more than simply creating a visual identity. We needed to understand how those interests could become a distinctive business, who would be most interested in the work and how the brand could develop over time.

Through market research and strategic development, I helped establish a direction for Hollie Quinn as a luxury design house built around storytelling and worldbuilding, where collections begin with a narrative that influences the artwork, atmosphere and products.

That direction gave us a foundation for the visual identity, which developed into a rich, gothic-inspired design system using deep plum, purple, dark blue and muted gold. I created an original logo suite, a moth emblem, custom illustrations, supporting icons and patterns that connected the identity to literature, nature and the atmosphere of the brand.

But the wider strategy went much further than the visual work. We explored the different audiences Hollie could attract, including individual customers, interior designers and potential collaborators, and considered how the business could communicate the value of its original artwork and premium products.

The visibility planning included content ideas, collection launches, opportunities for awards and media recognition, podcast and interview angles, and potential collaborations with relevant creative businesses and organisations.

I also developed practical priorities for the website, marketing, future collections and longer-term opportunities, helping Hollie understand which ideas deserved attention first and which could be developed later.

This was a tailored strategic branding project, so its individual recommendations and deliverables reflected Hollie's specific business rather than a fixed list that every client receives.

Hollie described the experience in her own words:

It can be so hard to see the bigger picture when you’re working so closely on your own brand. Bry’s ability to define my brand positioning through competitor and market analysis, and then translate that into strategies for marketing and brand visibility, has been incredibly helpful.

I think that's an important part of what I offer, because sometimes the real value of professional brand strategy is having somebody who can recognise connections and opportunities that are difficult to see when you're so closely involved in your own business.

How does the eight-week brand development process work?

The Complete Brand and Visibility Package takes approximately eight weeks, giving us time to work through the strategic foundations, develop your visual identity and establish the visibility and launch direction.

We begin by exploring your business through the questionnaire, consultations and research, which informs the Brand Discovery Roadmap and establishes the direction for the rest of the project.

From there, I'll develop the creative direction and visual identity, including the logo suite, colours, typography and original branded artwork. We'll discuss the work as it develops, with the agreed creative assets designed around the positioning and audience we've established.

The wider visibility and authority planning then considers how the finished brand can be introduced, recognised and marketed, including the priorities and opportunities most relevant to your business.

We'll also agree on the five marketing assets that would be most useful for you, with the finished materials designed to help you begin applying the brand consistently.

The project is divided into three equal payments of £400, making the £1,200 investment more manageable across the agreed project payment schedule.

Will I own the branding and illustrations you create?

I think ownership is an important consideration when investing in professional branding, particularly when you're planning to use the identity across websites, printed materials, products and future marketing.

I create my custom logos, illustrations and branded graphics from scratch, which means I can assign the intellectual property rights I own in the original commissioned work through a written agreement.

Having clear documentation of those rights can be particularly valuable as your business grows, especially if questions ever arise about who created or owns the artwork.

Third-party fonts and any other separately licensed materials remain subject to their own terms, and an intellectual property assignment doesn't automatically provide trademark registration or guarantee that disputes can never arise.

However, I want clients to understand exactly what they're receiving and have a clear record of the rights transferred to their business, rather than discovering later that their branding depends on graphics they aren't entitled to use as intended.

Is this package worth it for a small business?

I appreciate that £1,200 is a significant investment for many small business owners, especially when you're already thinking about websites, products, equipment, marketing and the other costs involved in building a business.

The value of this package is that several connected areas are being developed together, with your research, positioning, visual identity, marketing assets and visibility planning all informed by the same strategic direction.

For somebody who already has a strong brand and simply needs help with one specific problem, that might be more support than they require. However, if you're developing a business from the ground up or reconsidering several major parts of an existing brand, bringing everything together can help avoid disconnected decisions and repeated work.

My goal isn't simply to hand over a collection of deliverables, but to help you understand the business you're building, communicate its value more effectively and have a practical direction for what to do once the creative work is finished.

A stronger foundation can't guarantee commercial success, but it can give you a more informed and consistent starting point for attracting customers, developing recognition and pursuing future opportunities.
