CASE STUDY
Visual storytelling for a social care provider
Client: Innovate Social Care
Partners: Sanctuary Personnel
Focus: Marketing design & animation
Note: Undertaken in-house on behalf of Sanctuary Personnel
THE BRIEF
Innovate Social Care supports vulnerable young people through placement and social care services across the UK. To strengthen relationships with local authorities and communicate their impact more clearly, they needed a suite of materials that felt both professional and emotionally resonant.
THE APPROACH
Working as the in-house designer at Sanctuary Personnel, I developed a clean, accessible visual approach that balanced professional polish with human storytelling. Every asset was designed to sit cohesively within the wider brand system while making complex data easier to digest. This included outcome-focused case study documents, infographics to simplify impact data, and short animated explainer content for presentations.
THE OUTCOME
The new materials helped Innovate communicate their work more confidently to stakeholders and local authorities. Visual consistency made the brand feel more established, and the mix of infographics and storytelling made complex topics far more accessible. Visuals that helped a social care provider communicate real outcomes with clarity and confidence, strengthening stakeholder trust and local authority relationships.
RESULT
A cohesive illustrated world used across marketing, signage, merchandise and on-site experiences, giving Wyvernwood a distinctive visual identity.
