THE BRIEF
On behalf of a UK-based design agency, I was brought in to review and refine the branding for a new AI-driven healthcare platform in the early stages of development. The company needed their brand to reflect the professionalism, credibility and clarity required in the medical technology space.
THE APPROACH
A full strategic review of the brand-in-progress, covering core messaging, visual consistency, tone of voice, and how the brand would land in a sensitive, high-trust industry. Sector alignment and opportunities to embed environmental and social values were also assessed. The output was a comprehensive report with clear, actionable recommendations across messaging, visuals, tone and overall strategic direction.
THE OUTCOME
The review gave the team a clear roadmap to move forward with confidence, refining how the platform communicated with its audience and ensuring the brand felt trustworthy, relevant and well-positioned within its sector. The brand was able to move into its next stage with a stronger foundation and a clearer sense of purpose.
