Exhibition look and feel design for a high street gallery
Client: NaviStitch Manningtree
Project: Posters and promotional assets
Focus: Campaign Design, Print and Digital Promotion, Event Marketing
NaviStitch is a gallery and creative studio based on Manningtree High Street, known for its nautical artwork and community exhibitions in its upstairs space, the Sail Loft. For their 2025 autumn exhibition, featuring over 50 artists, the team needed a cohesive design system to promote the event both in print and online.
The challenge was to create a warm, seasonal look and feel that could carry across posters, artist call-outs, digital banners and social media posts while remaining clear, professional and gallery-appropriate.

My Role
I led the visual direction for the full exhibition campaign, creating a bold lead poster with an autumn palette, a second poster aimed at recruiting local artists, and a full suite of promotional graphics for the website, social media, and printed postcards.
I also supplied file variations for different stages of promotion to ensure consistency across platforms. The goal was to develop a style that felt true to the NaviStitch brand while capturing the warmth and creative energy of the seasonal event.
Visual campaign direction
Poster and promotional design
Cross-platform asset creation
File formatting and variation prep
Seasonal and brand-aligned styling

The outcome
The final assets gave the exhibition a strong, recognisable presence across platforms.
The posters helped build anticipation in the local area and gave the show a polished, professional edge.
Digital banners and social content made it easy for the gallery to promote the event at multiple stages, from the artist call-out to the exhibition itself.
“Bry designed the promotional materials for our Autumn 2025 Art Exhibition at NaviStitch on Manningtree High Street. Before our meeting to discuss details of the project she had researched what other galleries use and already had some ideas for the look and feel. We discussed the brief and my requirements. Bry then delivered the designs and accommodated my amends. She then delivered the final designs in the required file formats to work across different media and platforms, including variations for different stages of the exhibition. Bry was helpful throughout and delivered the project in a timely fashion, a pleasure to work with.”
