CASE STUDY
Leading design across several brands in the recruitment sector
Partners: Sanctuary Personnel
Focus: Marketing & Design
Note: Undertaken in-house on behalf of Sanctuary Personnel
THE BRIEF
After my agency role, I stepped into a lead design position at a recruitment group based in Suffolk. The company operated across five distinct brands, including services connected to social care, and needed clear, cohesive visuals to support both external marketing and internal communications.
THE APPROACH
I set the creative direction and delivered all visual content across the group. This included social media content, reels, brochures, internal presentations, promotional materials, branded documents, and website updates. The role demanded both strategic thinking and practical execution, managing multiple brand styles, tones, and audiences simultaneously, while working closely with internal teams to maintain consistency and meet day-to-day marketing needs.
THE OUTCOME
Consistent, elevated visual identity across all five brands, supporting campaigns, internal communications and stakeholder engagement at scale. The social care brands in particular benefitted from sensitive, clear visual storytelling that helped the company reflect its values while meeting business goals.
