THE BRIEF​​

Pamela is a qualified EFT and Reiki practitioner based in Glasgow with over 24 years of experience in care work. Her existing website didn't reflect the warmth, depth or personal nature of what she offers. She needed a complete redesign, something that felt genuinely her, built trust with potential clients, and made it easy to understand her services and book with her.

THE APPROACH

I handled the full redesign from the ground up: writing warmer, more personal copy that centred Pamela's voice and experience, creating custom illustrations and graphics she owns outright, and building a site that felt calm, considered and human. I also thought carefully about how Pamela works — she practises part-time, so the booking design allows potential clients to select their preferred days and choose their service, giving Pamela flexibility without losing client ease.

Pamela now has a website that genuinely reflects who she is and how she works, with copy and design that feel personal rather than clinical, and a booking experience built around the practical reality of running a small, part-time practice with care and intention. character-led identity work with confidence.
